OUR PACKERS
We have over 30 packers located across Japan from Hokkaido all down to Kyuushuu. Give as one of the widest reachers on the Japanese seafood landings. We also visit suppliers monthly to assure quality and strong supplier relationships. Also, a number of our packers have well-known branded cartons, known throughout Asia and Africa.
QUALITY
We inspect samples from all the fish we sell ourselves. Samples are received from our packers at our inspection center located in our export building in Osaka. We inspect the carton and individual fish weight to give accurate size averages. We then inspect the quality, feed and fat levels of the fish. All are used to produce a Fresco inspection report that is shared with our customers.
